DAY = $40.50 (+Tax) (Good Sam, Day Rate only)

MONTH = $635.00 (+Tax) ($705.00)
DUMP FEE = $25.00 (non-guests)
RV WASH = $10.00
CAR WASH = $ 5.00
STORAGE = $50.00 (+Tax) per month ($55.50)
CONTAINER STORAGE = $29.95 (+Tax) per month
EXTRA PEOPLE = $ 2.00 per person per day
Day Guest Pool Use = $ 3.00 per person
The Day, Week, Monthly rent includes:
* 2 people per unit; More than 2 will be charged at $2 per person per day
* 1 Unit: (RV, Motor Home, 5th wheel) plus 1 vehicle. 1 Power source (plugged into 1 outlet only)
* A $28 per month charge will be assessed for any extra car, truck, trailer, car trailer, enclosed trailers, lawn trailers, boats, boat trailers. (These are to be parked in back storage area, not on site).
* A $20 per month charge will be assessed for any Refrigerators or Freezers that will be put outside your units.
